The aim of the lesson To practise and consolidate lexical materials (months of the year) on the theme             “Seasons”.

Most learners will be able to: to make some sentences using the months of years

Some learners will be able to: describe the seasons using the prior words

—          What is the weather in summer? (hot, sunny)

—          What is the weather in autumn? (cloudy, windy)

—          How many months are there in the year? (there are 12 months)

—           What are they? (January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December).

—          What is the season it? (eg. Winter)

—          What are  winter months? (December, January, February) repeat after me read yourself. I ‘ll give you the lists with vocabulary.

—          And  What is the month now?

Game: “Seasons and months”

Doing physical ex. (Show me please all together windy, sunny, rainy, hot, cold).

And now we have 4 groups. (Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn). I’ll give you papers. You should write there: What can you do, What can you wear, What can you see, What you know?

At the end you have a poem.
